What your coach will do

You’ll be guided one-on-one through everything using our Slow Start Protocol. We begin with a light, friendly balance and posture check to establish your baseline. You’ll then experience the four OsteoStrong machines — each targeting a different area: upper body, lower body, core, and spine. Nothing moves unless you move, and you stay in full control. Your coach ensures proper alignment and comfort throughout, adjusting everything to your starting point.

How long it takes
