When you arrive

Your visit is appointment-based, so your certified coach will be ready for you. The center is calm, clean, and spa-like. You'll be greeted by name.

What to wear

Anything comfortable. No gym clothes needed. No special shoes required. You won't sweat and you won't strain.

What your coach will do

You'll be guided one-on-one through everything. We begin with a light balance check, then walk you through the four OsteoStrong machines.

How long it takes

Your visit will last about 10 to 15 minutes. This is a gentle signal your body responds to for the next 7 to 10 days.
